Questions and Answers

1) QHow do I register for a class at RESA?
A
From the Useful Links tab, locate the RESA web site. Using the professional learning tab from their web site, you may register by course date or name. RESA does not accept paper registration forms. All classes will close 1 week prior to the start date of the class.
2) QHow do I register for a class at ETTC?
A
Again, use the Useful Links tab to locate the ETTC website. Use the state map to choose the ETTC for our region located at the University of West Georgia. From their web page you may select courses offered from a list on the left of the screen. Remember to always seek prior approval for courses from your building principal by completing the appropriate Haralson County request for professional learning form located in the Document Manager.
3) QHow can I recieve PLU credits for attending a conference?
A
The only way to receive PLU credit for conference attendance is to seek prior approval to attend the conference. You must take a Conference PLU Approval form with you. This form can be found in the Document Manager. A conference official must document your seat hours on the form. Return the completed form to the Professional Learning Department where the appropriate PLU's will be assiged based on the number of seat hours (10 hours = 1 PLU).
4) QHow can I find out how many PLU's I have?
A
