Contact the school in which your child attends and speak with the school counselor.
3) QIf my child needs to take medication during the school day, what procedures do I follow?

You will need to go to the school and fill out a form with the school nurse that states the nature of the medication to be given, when it is to be given, and a release authorizing the school nursing program to administer.
