The Technology Department is responsible for management and support of the technology architecture, hardware, software, and the respective resources throughout the Haralson County Schools.

Tag Number is the serial number or property tag number on the item you are reporting.
Be sure to check your email regularly, as we will use this method to communicate with you during the life of your request.

NOTE:

To ensure appropriate software licensing, we are implementing a approval procedure process for all new software installations (with exception of district wide. purchased software applications.)

If you select "Purpose Code" = "Software Request - New" on the request form below, the approval process will begin by sending your request to the district Curriculum Office. Be sure to include the following information to assist with expediting your request:

Name of Software Program
Manufacturer of Software Program
Purchase Order Information
Instructional Use of the software
Software License information (may request paper copies)
Location of installation request
