We encourage you to get to know your child’s teacher and the class routines and expectations. We are proud of the professional credentials of our teaching staff and will furnish to you, upon request, the professional qualifications of any of your child’s classroom teachers. This includes information concerning the grade levels and subject areas in which the teacher is certified, the major fields and degrees held by the teacher, and the qualifications of any paraprofessional who provides services to your child.*

 Required Documents To Register
In order to make your enrollment as simple and quick as possible, please have the items listed below with you when you arrive.

Required Documents to Register:

1. Affidavit of Residence

2. Proof of Birth: Original Birth Certificate, Doctor's Records, or Hospital Records

3. Certificate of Immunization: DHR Form #3231

4. Ear, Eye, dental Record: DHR Form 3300

5. Social Security Number (May be waived)

**A request of records will be made to your student's previous school system/school; however, when applicable any educational records are helpful to properly and expeditiously place your student in the appropriate courses.

Tuition for those applying for admission to and/or registered to attend the Haralson County School System for the 2010-2011 school year is $1,000 for in-state but out-of-district students, and $8,000 for out-of-state students. 

Tuition must be paid at the beginning of the year, August 1, 2010.   Payments may be paid in two equal payments of $500 for in-state or $4,000 for out-of-state with the second payment being due January 1, 2011.   Any split payments must be arranged and approved by the school principal. 

 Tuition is only extended if space is available and if the student has a satisfactory discipline, attendance, and academic record. 

 Any student not residing within the school system district lines must apply for admission and tuition options.
