Inclement Weather Alternative Graduation Date/Time
Change: In the event of inclement weather, the graduation ceremony will be moved to Saturday morning, May 27, at 10:00 a.m. in Taylor Memorial Stadium. In the event of continued inclement weather on Saturday morning, May 27, the graduation ceremony will be held in the gym at 10:00 a.m., and students will be given a limited number of tickets.
Justification: In the event of inclement weather, we want to give all graduate family members the opportunity to attend the ceremony. Moving into the gym is a last resort as it limits the number of attendees per student. The decision to move graduation to the alternative date will be made by the principal and superintendent with input from local weather forecasts and emergency services.
