Proof of Residency Due October 1st.

The deadline for Proof of Residency documentation is October 1st, 2019. Please make sure you have turned in an up-to-date proof of residence (may include lease/rent agreement, tax record, mortgage statement, residential utility bill or notarized residency affidavit).
