The Culinary Arts classes at HCHS have opened a weekly luncheon restaurant. The monthly themed meals are devised, prepared and served by students in the Culinary Arts Program.
There is a set menu each week. We are asking our customers to take it on faith that they will be served a high quality meal at a reasonable price. Each meal is three courses and includes beverage and “white linen” table service. The service enables teachers and other community guests to enjoy a fine dining experience during their lunchtime break. The Café will operate out of Lisa Hughes Classroom, Room 308.
Meals must be eaten in the Café. There will not be “take away” service, doggy bags or boxes, or eating meals off the premises. Monthly subscription customers only as we cannot shop or prepare for a “mystery” number of guests. The entire dining experience is what we are offering here and we guarantee top quality food and service.
We will be taking monthly subscriptions only, as we need to shop, plan and prepare far in advance. We are selling subscriptions for the rest of 2015 at the following prices on the following Thursdays.
October: 8, 15, 22, 29, Thursdays
“The Best of Italy” month
$35.00 for four weeks
November: 5, 12, 19, Thursdays
“ Asian Journey” month
$28.00 for three weeks
December: 3, 10, 17, Thursdays
“French Countryside” month
$28.00 for three weeks.

Make monthly subscription checks payable to HCHS Culinary Arts. Payment must be received at least one week in advance of the start of the month. Get all three months for$90.00.
