My name is April Roberts and I am a second grade teacher. This will be my 20th year teaching at TPS. This is my 5th year in second grade. I have also taught pre-kindergarten and kindergarten. I have a Specialist degree in Early Childhood Education and I also have a Gifted Certification.
I grew up in Tallapoosa and attended TPS as a child. I have a husband, Chris Roberts, and two daughters. Emma is 15 and in the 10th grade at HCHS. Molly is 10 and in the 5th grade at WHES.
My 2nd grade class is the Lucky Ladybugs.
