Qualifications:
The qualifications for membership on the part of the student shall be: (a) worthy, moral and ethical character, (b) good mentality, (c) creditable achievement, and (d) commendable attitude.
Students:
Students in the HCMS Jr. Beta Club at are not allowed to have any discipline actions that result in ISS or OSS. Students must also maintain an All A semester average.
