2018 - 2019 HCHS Teacher of the Year

Congratulations to Mr. Stacy Gilbert, who was named the Haralson County High School Teacher of the Year for the 2018 – 2019 school year.  Mr. Gilbert is a graduate of Haralson County High School, Class of 1988, and he returned to HCHS in 2013 when he began working as the Construction Instructor in our CTAE Department.  Mr. Gilbert brought 23 years of construction experience with him into the classroom, including being the co-owner of Gilbert Construction, where he worked on both residential and commercial projects.  Mr. Gilbert currently resides in Muscadine, Alabama with his wife of 19 years, Mrs. Nikki Gilbert, and their two children, Trey (13) and Mylee (7), and they are members of Beulah Baptist Church in Muscadine as well.  Mr. Gilbert says that it is an honor to serve the students of HCHS and that he is proud to be a Haralson County Rebel!
