REGISTRATION
If you need to register your child for school, please withdraw him/her from their previous school prior to coming in to register. We will need a copy of your child's Certified Birth Certificate, Georgia Immunization 3231 form, Georgia Eye, Ear and Dental 3300 form, Social Security Card, and a valid Proof of Residence such as a Power, Water or Gas bill in the parent or guardian's name.
