Effective November 12th, 2019, the Haralson County School District will no longer register students at the district office. All student registrations will be handled at the student's school of attendance.
Parents will need to furnish the school's with the following information. Any medically-related forms are available through your family physician or local Health Department.
Up-to-date proof of residence (may include lease/rent agreement, tax record, mortgage statement, residential utility bill or notarized residency affidavit).
Up to Date immunization forms (GA 3231)
Up to Date Eye/Ear/Dental and nutrition form 3300 (Primary Schools Only)
Social Security Number (Original card)
Parent's Picture ID (Usually Driver's License or State I.D)
Completed Registration Form and a completed Household Information Form for each child (listed below).
